Hexicon buys out its JV partner and takes 100% of Mareld Green Energy AB, the SPV holding the 2,500 MW Mareld floating project off western Sweden. Revisit when a completion notice appears. The structure is recorded here instead. A near-nil upfront plus a contingent earn-out is itself the signal — it prices the remaining 50% of an unconsented, unawarded project at almost zero. Mainstream's exit leaves Hexicon carrying the project alone into the Swedish Government's pending decision under the Economic Zone Act (recommended for approval by the County Administrative Board of Västra Götaland, June 2024). FOLLOW-UP: the ORIGINAL Hexicon/Mainstream JV formation is not in this ledger and is not evidenced by s1, so Mainstream appears here exiting a JV it is never recorded as entering.

Dashed tick marks today (13 Oct 2026). Ownership lives in the band below: one station per recorded deal, dated at its label, in deal order rather than to calendar scale. Secondary trades appear only at the interchanges; grey lines are parties whose entry or exit Hafrok’s record does not hold.
