Blackstone sold its 80% interest in WindMW, the project company, to China Three Gorges (70%) and China Yangtze Power (30%). China Yangtze Power's exchange filing gives the price as EUR 645.4 million for all of BCP Meerwind Luxembourg, the holding company that owns the 80%, together with a EUR 3.85 million shareholder loan. Press reports valued the deal at around EUR 1.6 billion.
