Revenue & offtake the regime the project was built under
Offtake regime on record
RegimeThe farm company's accounts state that it sold its output by direct marketing under the EEG market premium model from 2012 (its first months in 2011 were on the statutory tariff) up to and including April 2023, from 2012 through EnBW Erneuerbare Energien and later under a power supply contract with EnBW AG that paid it a fixed, risk-free remuneration; the initial statutory tariff was 15 ct/kWh. When the high EEG tariff ran out, most output from May 2023 was hedged under a fixed-price power purchase agreement with EnBW AG, which the FY2024 accounts say runs until 31 December 2026.
Instrumentmarket premium
A built project sells its power under the contract or support regime it was financed with; it is not expected to bid into new government offtake rounds. Where the record does not yet name that regime, the row says so rather than guessing.
