BARD Group went bankrupt November 2013 immediately after commissioning (August 2013). Project taken over by Ocean Breeze Energy GmbH, SPV owned by UniCredit/HVB (main project lender), in distressed debt-to-equity conversion. No arm's-length purchase price; lender enforcement action. UniCredit later wrote down ~EUR 259m at exit.

Revenue & offtake the regime the project was built under
Offtake regime on record
RegimeThe farm company's accounts (filings for FY2019, FY2021, FY2023 and FY2024) state that it sold the power by direct marketing and received the market premium from TenneT under the compressed tariff ('Stauchungsmodell'): 19 ct/kWh for the first 8 years (16 turbines left that band in 2020, the other 64 in 2021), then 150 EUR/MWh plus a 4 EUR/MWh direct-marketing premium, then 35 EUR/MWh (7 turbines by 31 Dec 2024). From early November 2023 one of the farm's two grid connection points was opted out of direct marketing onto the fixed tariff, and turbines off the higher tariff are hedged by financial virtual PPAs with Cargill and Mars and, from 2026, by an RWE contract fixing the price for 85% of their output.
Instrumentmarket premium
A built project sells its power under the contract or support regime it was financed with; it is not expected to bid into new government offtake rounds. Where the record does not yet name that regime, the row says so rather than guessing.
