RegimeThe farm company's accounts state that it sold its output through a direct marketer while TenneT paid the EEG market premium. Under the EEG compressed model it received a fixed 194 EUR/MWh for the first eight operating years, then 154 EUR/MWh for on average a further 2.24 years per turbine; the step-down began turbine by turbine in 2021, the first turbine left the compressed model in mid-December 2022 and the 154 EUR/MWh stage ran out at the end of 2023. From 1 January 2024 the company left EEG payment for "other direct marketing" and sold about 80% of its 2024 output under PPAs and the rest on the spot market.
