RegimeThe farm company's accounts state that although it is paid under the EEG, its output must be sold through a direct marketer on the power exchanges (a new marketer from 1 January 2024, another from 1 January 2025). The FY2024 accounts give its EEG entitlement as 14.4 ct/kWh; during runs of more than six hours of negative prices it falls back to the monthly market value less the marketing fee. The operator's 2020 completion release called it the last German offshore wind farm with a fixed EEG tariff ("Festvergütung").
