From Hafrok’s transactions record
Dashed tick marks today (13 Oct 2026). The teal diamond on the spine is origination — the seabed award or round that created the project. Every other ownership event lives in the band below: one station per recorded deal, dated at its label, in deal order rather than to calendar scale. Secondary trades appear only at the interchanges; grey lines are parties whose entry or exit Hafrok’s record does not hold.

Revenue & offtake the regime the project was built under
Offtake regime on record
RegimeThe farm company's accounts state that it sold its power by direct marketing under the EEG, through a direct marketer, from 2014 until 30 June 2024, under the compressed tariff (Stauchungsmodell) applied turbine by turbine: 19.4 ct/kWh for 8 years from each turbine's commissioning, then 15.4 ct/kWh for about 9 months on average, then 3.9 ct/kWh, with every turbine at 3.9 ct/kWh from 14 Jun 2024. From 1 Jul 2024 it sells under three offtake contracts in what the accounts call other direct marketing under the EEG (sonstige Direktvermarktung): two fixed-price PPAs running to 31 Dec 2030 cover 80.5% of output, and the remaining 19.5% is sold at the EPEX average price.
Instrumentmarket premium
A built project sells its power under the contract or support regime it was financed with; it is not expected to bid into new government offtake rounds. Where the record does not yet name that regime, the row says so rather than guessing.
