Parkwind is the Belgian offshore wind business acquired by JERA and, since August 2025, part of JERA Nex bp, the 50:50 offshore wind joint venture of JERA and bp. Its FY2025 consolidated accounts, filed in June 2026, give 555 MW in operation in Belgium and 257 MW in Germany, a 1,500 MW project in development in Norway and more than 3,000 MW of pipeline in Ireland and Australia. In 2025 it put about EUR 50m of new capital into Ventyr SNII, its 51% Norwegian joint venture, took Blue Mackerel North in Australia to full ownership and paid its shareholder a EUR 50m dividend. The accounts set out the new owner's posture: disciplined, prioritised development from the existing pipeline, a portfolio ranked on value, and use of external capital. The latest move adds to assets it already runs: in April 2026 Parkwind bought Sumitomo's stakes in Northwester 2, taking it to 100%, and in Nobelwind, taking it to 80.1%, a deal JERA Nex bp framed as disciplined investment.
